Affordax is a workflow and records platform for authorised employers, lenders and platform operators. It is not itself a lender, employer or payment rail.
Affordability decisions
Configured formulas support decision-making but do not replace current law, regulator guidance, product policy or responsible human review.
Settlement
The platform records payroll and reconciliation information. Any transfer of funds occurs through arrangements and payment channels managed by participating organisations.
Availability
Planned support levels, maintenance windows and remedies must be agreed in each organisation's signed service agreement before production use.
Launch status. These public terms are a transparent product summary, not a substitute for a signed customer agreement or Malawi legal review.
